Keep emailing and writing and remember to sign up to the Save Seaton Pool mailing list. It looks like Plymouth City Council has got a lot of money into the coffers this week. Selling Mount Wise and the Plymouth Argyle ground should bring in quite a bit. Pity they could not use the money for something useful like keeping Seaton pool open. Rather, they seem to be relying on promises (such as the proposed Central Park  development) and enriching local law firms by picking fights with poor innocent  taxi company owners. Never mind, we can be sure they are spending our money wisely.

There was the Council debate on 6/3/06 that was on a motion put forward by Councillors Pengelly and Salter. We have the Evening Herald story below - click on the link.

Finally, we can reproduce the Land Registry document for the land around the Seaton Pool area. Why didn’t we think of this before? We know your guilty secrets and now the rest of the world can as well.
