Save Seaton Pool

Keep on writing and Emailing! There is a letter from Andy Blofield in the Evening Herald on Sat 11th of February asking about the legitimacy of Cabinet Government and the adherence to the party whip. Follow the link:-

We believe that the whole issue of the proposed closure of Seaton pool has disgusted and alienated hundreds of the ordinary people of Plymouth. We also believe that the people of Plymouth will hold not just the Cabinet members, but  also the (non Cabinet) Labour party councillors to account. There are two other developments we can report on.  Alison Seabeck asked a question in the House of Commons about Seaton Pool (and then got the bum’s rush from Tessa Jowell by the looks of things); I suppose a question is better than no question - check for yourself below:-

The other thing to report is that there are attempts by the Councillors outside the Labour bloc to try and save Seaton Pool and expose the inconsistencies in the Council’s position.  Here is the letter sent by Councillor Lee Finn to the Chief Executive:-
